Family with 3 young kids purchased this run down period home (with a heritage overlay). Wanting to create a family home that would grow with them and that embraced the basic principles of Feng Shui
Their journey started with another Designer and home design that required a lengthy and costly VCAT process for approval. Only to discover at the end of the VCAT process when obtaining quotes from Builder's, that their home design was more than double their budget. It was at this point that we connected and started co-creating together.
Town Planning was approved in record time with no objections. Neighbours who having gone through the earlier VCAT experience, were literally re-armed for another round when I lodged the new Town Planning application. By the end of the journey, the neighbours were happy and pleased with the result.
The entire design and documentation process was smooth, flawless and enjoyable, BECAUSE of the energy my clients embodied.
I am truly thrilled construction is almost complete.
