Town Planning drawings and documentation, Town Planning application, adjustments to design as required.
Engagement of external specialist consultants, design & documentation of internal spaces (kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, laundry etc), final external & internal material & fixtures selections, full construction set of drawings and documentation, building permit application.
